Carla and Mike came to visit me recently to make photo selections for their album, and during this time it came to light that Mike had only looked at the photos once because he didn’t want to be overwhelmed with emotion at the thought of how happy he was to marry such a special woman. My heart melted a little on the wedding day as I saw how much these two love each other, and it melted a little more when I saw how meaningful the experience still was for Mike. Weddings can easily become overshadowed by details- colors, fabrics, logistics, etiquette- but at the end of this day I had the pleasure of knowing that I had recorded in some small way the love that exists between Carla & Mike.
